We invite you to partake in wild foraged, and local foods from the Four Corner’s area, with the local band, the Reluctants, playing mostly originals with some appropriately earthy cover songs. The past two years hundreds of people have come to the Foraged Feast and had fun, tasted delicacies of the Colorado Plateau, and learned more about where their food comes from (and how some of it grows in their neighborhood).

Chefs from around the state will be preparing foods with local and wild ingredients. For example, Jon Sharpe of the Turquoise Room at La Posada will be preparing something with wild spinach and prickly pear buds, while Maria Ruiz from Morning Glory Café will be creating a quinoa and purslane salad for all of you to enjoy. We will have a chocolate made especially for this event by the famous Uncle Buzz’s Chocolate Company, with wild ingredients yet to be divulged. These morsels are just a taste of what will be at the feast.

The cost is only $10 and we will surely sell out, so please purchase tickets in advance from Stacie Flajnik at 928-523-0637, or Patty West at 928-523-2942.
